Crewing Officer

As a Crewing Officer, you will play a critical role in planning and managing our skilled crew to ensure the success of our long-term plans. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating crew scheduling, ensuring qualified manning of vessels, and monitoring crew certification expiries.
Key Tasks- Assist the Crew Planner with crew scheduling and ensure qualified manning of vessels across the fleet.
- Consult with Fleet Managers for emergency cover, such as in the event of sickness.
- Prepare immigration documents for on-singing/off-signing crew on European sites.
- Manage crew annual leave requests and arrange cover.
- Provide administrative support to the Crew Training Administrator, including monitoring certification expiries and arranging non-standard courses.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt your communication style and language to your audience, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
