As a Crewing Officer, you will play a critical role in planning and managing our skilled crew to ensure the success of our long-term plans. Your expertise in crew planning and management will be essential in supporting the operation of our vessels across multiple sites in Europe and the UK.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating crew schedules, ensuring qualified manning of vessels, and monitoring crew certification expiries. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks such as preparing immigration documents, managing crew annual leave requests, and arranging cover for emergency situations.

You will provide administrative support to the Crew Training Administrator, including monitoring expiration of relevant mandatory certification for crew, booking courses for additional non-mandatory training, and updating online databases and systems.

You will be able to adapt your communication style and language to suit different audiences, ensuring effective communication with crew members, fleet managers, and other stakeholders.
