Join Principal People Recruitment in Manchester as we partner with a leading organisation to find a Health and Safety Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Health Safety and Fire, you will be part of a growing team focused on promoting and improving safety within the business. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to work with various departments, from maintenance and engineering to senior management, ensuring their understanding of Health and Safety requirements and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business functions in understanding and implementing Health and Safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate risks in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop and maintain Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification.
  • Experience in M&E, Hard FM, Engineering, Construction, or similar industries.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting workplace.
