About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant. As a key member of our Community Domestic Department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our hospital and community sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks on a daily and/or weekly basis, as well as respond to any emergencies that may arise.
- Conduct regular, planned deep cleaning on a monthly or annual basis to ensure our facilities are always clean and safe.
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our sites.
- Provide excellent customer service to our patients, relatives, and staff, demonstrating a helpful and polite manner at all times.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with patients, relatives, and staff in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Ability to keep to pre-arranged schedules and work flexibly as required.
- Previous experience working in a hospital environment is desirable, but not essential.
