We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Team Leader to join our team at White Cross Vets in Roundhay. This is a full-time position, working over different shifts across 5 days. The shifts typically range from 8:30am-4:30pm or 11am-7pm, with a share of Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our veterinary nursing team and providing high-quality patient care. As a senior member of staff, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and promote a positive work environment.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a veterinary nurse
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
