Veterinary Clinic Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate veterinary surgeon to lead our rapidly growing clinic as Director of Animal Care Services. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a dynamic, enthusiastic pet and people person who shares our commitment to providing quality, affordable healthcare with a Fear Free approach.

The successful candidate will join a team of highly skilled professionals, including another full-time vet, two full-time RVNs, and two full-time Care Coordinators, in a modern clinic designed to be pet and client centric. As Director, you will be responsible for leading the clinical team, working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure seamless operations, and contributing to the development of our Fear Free accreditation program.

This role offers a unique blend of clinical responsibility, leadership opportunities, and personal growth.
