Leading Teacher

Slade Primary School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Leading Teacher to join our team. This is a full-time role that will involve providing PPA/leadership release cover across the school for four days a week, as well as working one day per week to provide cover for a teacher in Year One.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management, as well as excellent teaching and learning skills. They will also have a proven ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
The salary for this role is £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, an employee assistance programme, and a competitive pension scheme.
