Customer Service and Administration Professional

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Although previous commercial experience is desirable, it is not essential. We are looking for a positive individual who is eager to learn new tasks and has a strong desire to progress in their career.
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and our business owners are very 'hands on' and approachable, offering opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Process transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous commercial experience preferred but not essential
