About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers, helping them to find the right products and solutions for their home improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide expert advice and support to customers on a wide range of home improvement products and services
  2. Help customers to find the right products and solutions for their needs
  3. Work with colleagues to ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing
  4. Participate in sales and promotions initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or home improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
