Nights Store Team Member Role

This role involves working full time in a retail environment, supporting customers and team members during late evening and early morning shifts.

Working Hours:

Our store is open on Sundays from 22:00 to 07:00, Mondays from 22:00 to 06:00, Thursdays from 22:00 to 07:00, and Fridays from 22:00 to 07:00.

Salary Details:

We offer a competitive salary starting at £12 per hour, with an additional £2.30 per hour night premium for all hours worked between midnight and 6am.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work across various store areas, including service, picking, and replenishment.
  2. Apply training to work safely and effectively.
  3. Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events.
  4. Stay up-to-date on store performance and contribute to driving sales and service.
  5. Handle products with care to maintain quality.
  6. Acept deliveries into the store when required.
  7. Build relationships with colleagues.
  8. Represent the company as a timely and well-presented ambassador.
