About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team at Ducklingsanddolphins. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for teaching and a strong desire to make a positive impact on children’s early swimming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to groups of young swimmers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
* Assess the abilities of swimmers and place them in the appropriate level, monitoring their progress and adjusting lesson plans accordingly.
* Create a supportive and motivating environment for young swimmers, encouraging their development and building their confidence in the water.
* Communicate effectively with parents or guardians, providing updates on their child’s progress and offering guidance on how to support their swimming journey outside of lessons.

Requirements:
* A minimum of a Level 2 Swimming Instructor qualification or equivalent.
* Experience teaching swimming to young children, with a patient and nurturing approach.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage children and reassure parents.
* A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo a DBS check.
* A passion for swimming and teaching, with a commitment to developing young swimmers.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
