We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our team at ProblemShared. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assessments and interventions for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, predominantly ADHD.
About the Role:- Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnostic reports for adults and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with clients, families, and other professionals.
- Conduct supervision and consultation sessions to support the development of staff working with the client group.
- Contribute to the development and articulation of best practice in psychology across the company.
- Participate in audit and service evaluation activities to inform service provision.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience in assessing and treating neurodevelopmental conditions, particularly ADHD.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, research, and developments relevant to the field of ADHD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
