The Christie NHS FT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical support to patients, including assisting with observations, ECGs, and phlebotomy. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and guidelines. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing patient notes and charts, and updating patient information.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively as part of a team. If you have a vocational healthcare qualification at level 3 or equivalent experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to patients, including assisting with observations, ECGs, and phlebotomy
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and guidelines

Requirements
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Vocational healthcare qualification at level 3 or equivalent experience
- Experience of working in an acute care environment, undertaking a range of clinical commitments

Employment Details
- Full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
