CLINICAL SUPPORT - JOB DESCRIPTION - PART TIME VACANCY.

We are AcuSpa Ltd, a private medical clinic established in 2013. Voted the top Acupuncture clinic in Manchester by 3 Best Rated for 6 consecutive years. We are a thriving clinic. Over the years, we have grown organically through word-of-mouth recommendations. Now in its 10th year of trading, the award-winning clinic is now recruiting for several positions. Located in the Spinningfields and Deansgate thoroughfares, the clinic is positioned in one of the most desirable postcodes in Manchester.

As a member of the Clinical Support team, you will be involved in looking after the general well-being and comfort of patients. You will assist our multi disciplinary team of clinicians in the delivery of patient care. You will take on tasks such as welcoming and preparing patients for treatment, explaining treatment, updating the clinic's appointment calendar, updating patient records and preparing clinical rooms for treatment.

AcuSpa is looking for someone who is:
An effective communicator who is able to demonstrate compassion and empathy towards the needs of our patients in both face to face and telephone settings.

Possesses good customer service skills and the ability to work with a multi disciplinary team.

Possesses good organisational and administration skills. Be proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook. Be able to interrogate Microsoft Outlook calendar. Be able to manage and process payment transactions efficiently.

Possesses a good standard of written English and a good standard of Maths. GCSE English and GCSE Maths is a must.

Be able to converse fluently in English as well as Chinese either in Cantonese or Mandarin dialects. Written Chinese is desired.

Possesses experience in handling sensitive data and experience in adhering to data protection policies and procedures. Experience in handling of confidential information.

Possesses an energetic personality who is keen to learn and offer ideas for potential business growth.

Possesses medical knowledge of diseases and symptoms is desired but not essential.

This job is ideal for someone with previous clinical administration experience and has a passion for self development.
