Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Support the General Manager in developing and implementing operational plans to drive sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Lead a team of hotel staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain high standards of guest service, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to prepare weekly revenue forecasts and annual budget.
- Identify opportunities for capital improvements to enhance the hotel's assets and brand loyalty.
- Interact with guests, external contacts, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent communication and service.
- Drive and audit hotel cleanliness, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Line manage Houskeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office teams.
- Responsible for team welfare and positive culture.
- Drive standards across the hotel, including uniform, SOPs, and quality assurance performance.
- Participate in internal committees to drive team, community, and guest initiatives.
- Undertake project work and champion brand standards.
- Provide holiday cover for the General Manager.
- Support the General Manager with driving internal meetings and daily briefing meetings.
- Responsible for Health and Safety and FIRE planning, with support from the maintenance team.
- Deliver training and coaching to team members, promoting teamwork and quality service.
