About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Seven Springs. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
  • Support our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility and creativity in working with individuals and their families.
  • Personal care experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota where required.
