  • One Private Client Solicitor with 5 years PQE+ will specialize in setting up high net worth trusts and other areas of private client work;
  • One Private Client Solicitor with 8 years + PQE will lead on Wills, Probate, and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work, while mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.
Key Tasks
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of private client cases independently;
  • Show compassion and understanding when dealing with vulnerable clients;
  • Visit clients in their own environment as necessary;
  • Maintain accurate billing records and meet performance goals.
Required Skills
  • A qualified Solicitor with the specified PQE requirements;
  • A proven track record of meeting targets;
