Job Summary:
WR Health & Social Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to residents with varying needs and conditions.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the care team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and procedures.

Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration and a current pin.
