Hours: 24 hours per week, Saturday & Sunday 07:30-19:30
This is a dynamic and rewarding nursing role at Hartford Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure the residents receive the best possible care, participating in assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating quality nursing care.
Key responsibilities include monitoring residents' vital signs, administering medication, and providing detailed handovers to the team. You will also have the autonomy to make decisions and work independently, ensuring that residents' needs are met and their choices are respected.
