Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals to showcase company strengths and achievements.
  • Track outstanding payments and overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Analyse sales performance data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Cordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
  • Organise and maintain essential documentation, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
