Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum

We're committed to attracting top talent and offering competitive compensation packages. As a Pre-Contracts Associate, you can expect a salary of up to £36,000 per annum, along with a performance-related bonus and an excellent range of benefits.

About the Role

This exciting role will see you join our dynamic Pre-Contracts team, where you'll play a key part in shaping the strategic procurement and contracting works/services for the rollout of our full-fibre network. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the wider team to implement contracting and sourcing strategies
  • Engaging stakeholders and suppliers throughout the framework lifecycle to ensure work is contracted in line with our agreed rollout plan and budget
  • Supporting ongoing commercial analysis of tender submissions and contract rates
  • Identifying new suppliers, conducting initial engagement, and making recommendations to the business
  • Owning framework call-off-production and award, including Bill of Quantities production, design inputs, and contract programmes
  • Owning post-contract award processes and activities, including contract handover, storage, and expiry management

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in supply chain or procurement administration
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, and deadline skills
  • The ability to analyse data and draw informed conclusions
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier engagement skills
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
