Job Title: Senior Sales Progressor

An exciting opportunity awaits for a detail-oriented and experienced sales professional to join Harte Recruitment in Manchester.

This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage high volumes of property instructions, ranging from 40 to 100 per month, and ensure smooth transactions from sale to completion.

The Role Includes:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum + bonuses based on successful exchanges
  • A monthly bonus of £25 per exchange, with an additional £50 per exchange under 28 days
  • A flexible working schedule: Monday 10:00 - 18:00, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00-18:00 and Friday 9:00 - 16:30
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced sales progression specialist to manage a portfolio of property instructions. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing a portfolio of 40-100 property instructions per month
  • Overseeing the entire sales progression process from offer acceptance to exchange and completion
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors, providing regular updates and proactive communication
  • Coordinating with all parties to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the sales process
  • Tracking progress, managing timelines, and meeting targets for exchange and completion dates
  • Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and property sales regulations
  • Overseeing a small team (dependent on experience), providing guidance, and assisting with training and development, ensuring best practices are upheld
  • Regularly updating CRM systems to maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimise the sales progression process and meet performance targets
