**Sales Progressor - Didsbury**

Exciting new role for a dynamic Sales Progressor to join an innovative and growing independent agents at their bright, modernised, and state of the art technology office, based in Didsbury.

**Duties**
- Managing the end sales process from offer accepted right through to exchange and completion
- Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
- Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors
- Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates
- Reducing the number of any sales falling through and reducing the time it takes from the offer being accepted to completion taking place

**You**
- Previous experience in sales progression essential
- You will need strong communication skills and be confident to make clear recommendations
- A natural instinct for problem solving and have good diary management
- A persuasive approach and an ability to prioritise the important tasks to achieve the completions

**On Offer**
- Annual salary up to £30,000 DOE
- Bonus Scheme
- Monday to Thursday, 8.45am until 6pm, Fridays 8.45am until 5pm
- One Saturday in three, 9am until 4.30pm
