Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outage and Projects Engineer to join our team at ATTB - The Big Jobsite. As a key member of our Power team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Energy from Waste Power (EfW) Stations. With a competitive salary of £62,000 + car allowance + up to 10% Bonus + overtime + Benefits, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities during planned and unplanned shutdowns of the plants.
  2. Create comprehensive engineering plans for all maintenance outages, including resource allocation and stock management.
  3. Develop detailed scopes of work and engineering specifications ready for tender, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  4. Oversee statutory inspections, maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
  5. Collaborate with site Engineering Managers to deliver outage tasks on schedule, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  6. Conduct regular RCM reviews of mechanical maintenance procedures to identify areas for improvement and increase equipment availability.
