Sales Leadership Opportunity at Listers Volkswagen

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team at Listers Volkswagen in Worcester. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales department and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will work a flexible schedule with rotating Saturdays off and one full weekend per month. The working hours are Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives business growth, increases revenue, and enhances customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, improve sales processes, and enhance customer engagement.
  3. Maintain High-Quality Customer Relationships: Build and maintain high-quality relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Manage Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor and manage sales performance metrics, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and sales process efficiency.
  5. Ensure Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, as well as adherence to best practices in sales and customer service.

  • A proven sales leader with experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of the automotive industry, sales processes, and customer needs.
  • A passion for driving business growth, improving sales performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What We Offer:
