Project Coordinator Role

As a Project Coordinator at Chevron Traffic Management, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and clients to ensure accuracy and data integrity. This will involve dealing with incoming enquiries, processing internal enquiries, and ensuring all Company processes and policies are adhered to. You will also be responsible for ensuring all existing and potential client and project data obtained by way of day-to-day activities is recorded in the relevant Company systems and GDPR is adhered to. Additionally, you will assume responsibility for ensuring appropriate PO cover from clients for the timely invoicing of completed works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day to day management of a portfolio of projects and clients to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries and processing internal enquiries.
  • Ensuring all Company processes and policies are adhered to.
  • Ensuring all existing and potential client and project data obtained by way of day-to-day activities is recorded in the relevant Company systems and GDPR is adhered to.
  • Assuming responsibility for ensuring appropriate PO cover from clients for the timely invoicing of completed works.

Requirements
  • Good on Microsoft office applications.
  • Experience in an office environment.
  • Good communication.
  • Flexible working.
  • Reliable/punctual as this is a time critical environment.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Traffic Management Experience.
