Job Title: Professional Services Engineer

Cloud Decisions is seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Engineer to join our team. As a Professional Services Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke and cutting-edge Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure solutions for our diverse customer base.

The Role:
  • You will dive into a range of complex and engaging projects across Azure, M365, and general infrastructure with an aim to deliver the highest possible solution possible.
  • You will build and deploy customer projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards. Adaptability is key as projects can range from 5 to 50 days.
  • You will work seamlessly within a team collaborating with Cloud Solution Architects and Senior Cloud Engineers (Great mentorship opportunities available).
  • You will travel to client sites for project work, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products in line with our sales process.
What You'll Need:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, SAN/DAS storage solutions.
  • Azure experience a bonus but not a must: Any experience deploying Azure IaaS services or AVD is of interest but can be taught if not current held.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar technical position, preferably within an IT reseller environment.
  • Qualifications: Professional certifications such as AZ or MS series certifications (covering Azure or M365).
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent problem-solving abilities, commercial awareness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively.
