Job Title: Site Administrator

Rullion Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our site management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Office Administration Duties: Provide administrative support to the site management team, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as required.
  • Meeting Minutes and Timesheets: Take accurate meeting minutes and prepare timesheets for submission.
  • Task Card Tracker: Update and maintain the task card tracker to ensure accurate progress tracking.
  • Financial Management: Highlight savings or overspends and update the financial ledger with site manager support.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and update the risk register with site manager support, including estimating costs and program impact.
  • Asset/Plant Reporting: Maintain a record of all assets and plant, including reporting on what is currently being held at site.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to provide administrative support to a high standard, we would love to hear from you.
