Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Contracts Coordinator to join our EDA team. As part of the EDA team based in Crawley, UK, and reporting to the Senior Contracts Supervisor, the Senior Contracts Coordinator will assist with a wide range of business development activities, manage sales-oriented administration, Arc-GIS mapping, and support the progression of multi-million-dollar contracts through the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Contracts Supervisor, internal lawyers, and multiple internal stakeholders to manage and progress key contracts.
  • Database administration: Contract quality control, database entry, database QC, and data management.
  • Manage and own a project to update and quality control a contract database, with guidance from the Senior Contracts Supervisor and EAME Data Library Manager.
Requirements
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively, balancing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data and contract management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing complex tasks and projects.
  • Experience in a sales or contract administration role/environment.
  • Experience using best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve products, services, or processes.
  • Demonstrable skills in critically analysing information and data.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience using databases - amending, updating, and analysing information.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
