About the Role


Temenos is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our demand generation efforts in Europe. As a strategic marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives pipeline growth and revenue.


The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B cross-channel marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing demand generation programs. You will have a strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and be able to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration.


As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with the regional product marketing team to align messaging, content, and understand relevant solutions and use cases that roll into each campaign. You will also partner with our global marketing operations team to support the growth of a best-in-class marketing technology stack.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that drives pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Lead demand generation efforts in Europe, including developing and executing localized go-to-market plans.
  • Partner with the regional product marketing team to align messaging, content, and understand relevant solutions and use cases that roll into each campaign.
  • Work closely with the global marketing operations team to support the growth of a best-in-class marketing technology stack.
  • Manage budgets across lead generation channels to maximize return and minimize CPL.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B cross-channel marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing demand generation programs.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and ability to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration.
  • Experience managing budgets across lead generation channels to maximize return and minimize CPL.
  • Strong project leadership experience with medium to large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive action from insights and work in a fast-paced environment.
