Specialist SEMH Support Worker

We are seeking an enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Epping. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH needs and be confident in managing challenging behaviour.
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will provide support in lessons to ensure the best possible outcomes for each student. You will also act as a positive role model and provide good academic knowledge.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEMH needs and be able to provide individualised support to students.
