About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the communication needs of patients and staff. As a Clinical Communication Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assess and address the communication needs of patients and staff
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve communication within the organization
  • To provide training and support to staff on effective communication techniques
Requirements
  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in clinical education or related field (desirable)
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a clinical setting
  • Proven track record of improving communication outcomes in a healthcare setting
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a 4-day working week, career development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
