As a Construction Surveyor Specialist, you will have the chance to work on high-profile projects, develop your consultancy skills, and diversify your sector experience. You will collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, administer contracts, and provide accurate project cost monitoring.

Key Requirements
  1. A degree in a relevant subject.
  2. NCC3 Option C contract management experience.
  3. Professional body membership or equivalent.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working options and part-time applications considered.
