Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Future Engineering. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain service contracts to meet customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Manage service schedules and calendars to ensure efficient call-outs for engineers
- Monitor and maintain stock levels for engineers to ensure they have the necessary resources
- Support service meetings and contribute to the growth and development of our services
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Admin, or Parts Advisor
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Experience in a technical environment is preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
