About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at QE Facilities. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete daily, weekly, and regular cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
  • Organize and remove waste materials from designated areas, adhering to our waste procedures.
  • Carry out sanitary cleaning in all wet areas, including toilets, basins, baths, and shower cubicles.
  • Maintain and replenish cleaning materials, including linen in selected locations.
  • Respond to requests for remedial cleaning after incidents or accidents in a timely manner.
  • Report building defects to ensure remedial action is taken.
  • Maintain all hard floors using machinery.
  • Complete all relevant documentation to keep records up to date.

Requirements

  • Constructive team working and participation, including multi-disciplinary team relationships.
  • Personal organization and time management with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements to ensure a Healthy & Safe environment.
