Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our support network as a Network Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to a collaborative environment by assisting in problem-solving, customer relationships, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues, improve customer relationships, and maintain product quality standards.
- Oversee the protection of store assets by adhering to safety, stock handling, security, maintenance, and cash handling procedures.
- Develop and manage content for our social media platforms, specifically TikTok.
Requirements
- Previous experience in driving a high sales-focused culture in the fast-paced food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
