We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to join our team at Slug and Lettuce Weymouth.

As a Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to create an amazing guest experience.

You will work closely with the management team to deliver your vision and ensure standards and compliance are maintained.

To be considered for this position, you must be at least 18 years old as it involves the sale of alcohol.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Slug and Lettuce Weymouth is a vibrant and busy pub located on the main High Street, just 30 seconds from the Harbour.
