Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Manager to oversee the monthly planning cycle, define model and channel objectives, and manage reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, as well as experience in the motor industry. They will be responsible for defining monthly model and channel objectives, chairing monthly meetings to agree operational plans, identifying trends, and overseeing compilation of regular and ad-hoc presentations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monthly Planning Cycle: Define monthly model and channel objectives, retail, wholesale, and orders.
  • Chair Monthly Meetings: Lead monthly planning meetings to agree operational plans.
  • Reporting KPIs: Identify trends, work cross-functionally to address performance issues and opportunities, and oversee compilation of regular and ad-hoc presentations.
  • VETS Management: Manage and administer VETS (Vehicle Emissions Trading Scheme) ensuring compliance against scheme requirements and reporting performance.
  • Team Performance Improvement: Define strategies to improve overall team performance, reduce duplication, and improve efficiencies.

  • Analytical and Planning Skills: Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Numeracy and IT Skills: Highly numerate with good PC skills and advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Market and Planning Principles: Understanding of market and planning principles.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a wide scope of activities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Motor Industry Experience: Motor industry experience required.
  • Leadership and People Management: Experienced people manager capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including company car, private medical insurance, hybrid working arrangement, office lunch allowance, 25 days of holidays plus bank holidays, group income protection, pension matching, free parking, and other flexible benefits.
