Senior Medical Content Specialist

Triducive is a healthcare consultancy that designs and develops consensus-led evidence and communication campaigns. We help pharma, MedTech, and non-profit organisations make informed decisions about patient access to treatments. We're looking for a talented Senior Medical Content Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical writing and a passion for developing engaging content. As a Senior Medical Content Specialist, you will work across multiple accounts and therapy areas, developing critical materials to drive the development of new evidence and communication pieces. You will provide scientific input into project strategy, develop accurate and engaging copy, and support junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop critical materials, including literature reviews and publishable manuscripts.
- Create impactful communications across multiple formats.
- Collaborate closely with client-facing colleagues to ensure client needs are met.
- Support clients proactively to ensure scientific integrity and build trust.
- Lead quality control activities to ensure high-quality output.
- Support the team through mentoring and contributing to business activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of medical writing experience in a healthcare communications setting.
- Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Strong interest in contributing to the advancement of the medical field.
- Ability to take detailed notes in complex meetings.
- Experience in conducting literature reviews and writing research articles.
- Demonstrates a collaborative approach to work.
- A willingness to identify and embrace new approaches and tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in work where design and creativity are necessary.
- Existing recognised training in medical/communications writing.
- Demonstrable support provided to junior team members.
