Senior Medical Writer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Writer to join our team at Triducive. As a Senior Medical Writer, you will play a critical role in developing high-quality scientific content for our clients in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop critical materials, including literature reviews and publishable manuscripts, to drive the creation of consensus-led evidence.
  • Create impactful communications to amplify Delphi research outputs across multiple formats.
  • Collaborate closely with client-facing colleagues to ensure that communications are developed with the client's needs and address their objectives/challenges.
  • Support clients proactively to ensure the scientific integrity of the content developed and build trust and confidence in Triducive.
  • Lead quality control activities to ensure focus on continual improvement of output quality and impact.
  • Support the team by providing guidance and mentoring for junior team members and contributing to wider business activities and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of medical writing experience in a healthcare communications setting.
  • Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Strong interest in contributing to the advancement of the medical field.
  • Ability to take detailed notes in complex meetings involving various stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting literature reviews and writing research articles and manuscripts.
  • Demonstrates a collaborative approach to work.
  • A willingness to identify and embrace new approaches and tools to support effective medical writing.
  • The ability to quickly flex understanding across therapy/disease areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in work where design and creativity are necessary to achieve the desired communication goals.
  • Existing recognised training in medical/communications writing.
  • Demonstrable support provided to junior team members in a previous role.
