Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Community Care Solicitor to join our team in the Community Care Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in need of social care services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in need of social care services
  • Manage and supervise a team of solicitors, trainee solicitors, and caseworkers to ensure effective case management and client care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and service delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in community care law and policy to ensure best practice and compliance
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Community Care Solicitor
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients in need of social care
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple cases simultaneously
