Job Description

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at our Chertsey branch. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a Sales or Customer Service Role: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
