About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our admissions process, ensuring a fair and efficient experience for prospective families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an admissions strategy that reflects the unique nature of Royal High School Bath
  • Manage and analyse data to inform decision making and set targets
  • Build strong relationships with prospective parents and pupils, as well as prep schools, educational agents, and other key stakeholders
  • Travel nationally and internationally for recruitment and admissions purposes

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with exceptional business administration skills and the ability to accurately manage and analyse data.
