We are a leading provider of executive head injury specialist care services to private clients in their own homes. Our team of experienced care professionals is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered care that promotes independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide holiday cover for our clients and assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation and household chores.
- Offer emotional support, companionship, and a listening service to our clients, enhancing their overall happiness and well-being.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided using our mobile app.
- Be kind, listen, and have excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Be proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential. We offer training and mentorship to support your development.
- Hold a valid UK driving license.
- Competitive pay rates up to £15-£17 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
- Flexible working hours, including shift work and regular hours.
