Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holiday cover for our clients and assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Offer emotional support, companionship, and a listening service to our clients, enhancing their overall happiness and well-being.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided using our mobile app.
Requirements:
  • Be kind, listen, and have excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Be proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential. We offer training and mentorship to support your development.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Competitive pay rates up to £15-£17 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
