About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Nouvita Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing patient-centered care plans
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery
  • Facilitating daily hospital activities and ensuring effective communication with service users, carers, visitors, and staff
  • Implementing effective use of the Mental Health Act where necessary
  • Maintaining a learning environment and assisting with policy development and revision

  • A competitive salary of £38,833 - £44,042 per annum (dependent on experience)
