About Nouvita Healthcare Ltd.
This is an exciting part-time opportunity to support our talented Psychology and Therapies team at Baldock Manor, working alongside the Senior Occupational Therapist and contributing to the hospital's success and growth.
You will work within multidisciplinary teams across all Nouvita Healthcare units, managing a caseload of service users and providing occupational therapy assessments and interventions to help them achieve recovery. This includes conducting assessments, identifying needs, and planning evidence-based interventions in collaboration with service users and staff.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy, be HCPC registered, and have documented CPD evidence. Post-graduation training relevant to mental health would also be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with complex mental health cases involving vulnerable adults with various conditions (psychiatric, mild learning difficulties, neurocognitive deficits, personality disorders) and physical healthcare needs.
- Applying occupational therapy assessments and interventions relevant to mental health.
- Implementing health and safety policies, assessing and managing risks effectively.
Compensation Package: Estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
