About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Gallery Manager to join our team at Clarendon Fine Art. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, matching our unrivalled portfolio of world-class art with their tastes and collections, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their art preferences and providing expert advice on our portfolio.
  • Proactively generate new leads, re-engage lapsed clients, and nurture potential buyers to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, using our CRM system to track interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Contribute to the development of our sales strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a target-driven sales role, preferably in the art or luxury goods industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the art world and art market trends is a plus, but not required.
