Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and ambitious professional to play a key role in a variety of lead advisory transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, raising finance, and strategic advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, be a qualified accountant, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Produce key commercial analysis and business plans for presentation to financial institutions or acquisitive clients
- Develop financial models and draw up information memoranda and pitch presentations
- Assist with contract negotiations and business development activities
- Contribute to a broad range of work, including transaction services, deals, and strategic advice
- Strong academic background and qualified accountant
- Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
- Prior exposure to lead advisory transactions is not required, but ideal
- Good technical knowledge of accounting and a keen commercial outlook on business
