We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Excellence Specialist to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your expertise as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic to conduct thorough assessments and provide high-quality reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional assessments for patients with various health conditions
  • Develop comprehensive reports outlining patient needs and recommendations for care
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

  • Degree in nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or paramedicine
  • Current registration with a UK regulatory body (e.g. NMC, HCPC)
  • Strong observational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach assessment centres

Benefits:

  • Favourable starting salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum
  • Potential bonus structure: 5% retention bonus and up to 10% additional bonus for quality and retention
  • Total estimated earnings: approximately £45,650
