We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Thornford Park, a 130-bedded independent hospital providing medium and low secure Forensic Mental Health Services.
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to service users with mental health conditions, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
- Provide mentorship and support to team members
- Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
- Annual salary of £35,269 - £36,209 (inclusive of a £2,200 location and £1,000 forensic allowance)
